requirements needed and works with your project manager (PM) or general contractor (GC) to coordinate and facilitate the paint work along the construction process.

Some to the typical procedures for new construction residential projects include:

– Covering and masking of all existing new windows
– Masking of all door hardware ( if installed )
– Filling and puttying all baseboard, door and window frame trim
– Dusting off all surfaces to be painted
– Applying Primer with an Airless ( Spray ) on all surfaces
– Sanding off all surfaces post primer and making any minor deficiency plaster patching
– Applying first coat of paint with Airless Spray
– Sanding first coat of paint
– Applying finish coat of paint either by roller/brush or Airless Spray
– Painting of corner rounds after floor is installed and any touch ups
